At Eridehub, ensuring customer satisfaction is always our utmost priority. Our diligent Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will thoroughly examine your items prior to shipment.
Return
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Eridehub's return policy enables you to return the product bought through the Authorization channel within 14 days starting from the date of receiving the delivery package.
Kindly get in touch with us promptly at contact@eridehub.com to acquire the return address or return label. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the package themselves.
Once the returned item arrives at Eridehub's warehouse for inspection, the refund or exchange process will commence.
Exchange
All items must be in the same condition as when received, unused or unworn, with intact tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items
Items on sale, along with all accessories and spare scooter parts (including seats) sold on Eridehub.com, cannot be returned.
Damage or loss caused by customers is not eligible for a refund.
General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please send an email to contact@eridehub.com containing photos and/or videos of the items and include your order number. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of your return request within three business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking information and requires a signature, as we cannot be held accountable for lost returns or exchanges.
Refund or exchange: Once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and proceed with either providing a replacement for an exchange or issuing a refund.
Return Charges
If the return is due to our errors (such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee.
If the return is due to the buyer's discretion (such as not liking/wanting the item or ordering the wrong product/size), the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee should be based on the chosen courier service.
Consumers will not be subjected to any restocking fees when returning a product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 working days.
If you haven't received the refund within 2-3 working days, please double-check your bank account and then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@eridehub.com.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel your order if you contact us in a timely manner after your purchase. If your payment has been processed but the parcel has not been shipped, you can cancel your order prior to the item's delivery and receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
Second-hand Products
We do not accept returns for used items unless there are extreme cases of breakage or failure. *Please note: Only purchases made from the our Official Website will be accepted on this platform. Thus, if you have obtained a product from another retailer such as Amazon or Walmart, you should request a return directly from them and not from the our Official Website.
