-- Can I get my bike delivered anywhere in the US?
-- Yes! We currently deliver everywhere in the Lower 48. Deliveries usually take between 24h and 72h in the North East, while we deliver in a maximum 8 days to the rest of the country.
-- Why is the mileage that low and not sold as new?
-- We are selling second hand e-bikes. The previous owner can be a person but also can be a bike shop or the manufacturer directly.
-- Is my bike under warranty?
-- Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty on the battery, the motor, and the electronics. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months after your purchase, please contact us via email: contact@eridehub.com
-- Does Upway take pictures of all their bikes?
-- Yes! The pictures you are seeing on the product page are the pictures of the bike you will receive if you purchase it. At Eridehub we truly believe in transparency and trust, so we decided to take the time to have at least 4 pictures of each bike we have in stock so that you know exactly what you are buying.
-- Does my bike come with key(s) and chargers(?)
-- Yes! You will receive the key(s), charger(s), all the accessories you see on the pictures if there are some (rack, basket, bag, .. except the bike stand) and the user guide if we have it.
-- How is my bike being shipped? Does it come assembled?
--Your bike will be shipped via one of our trusted freight carriers. It will arrive 99% assembled, you will just have to install the pedals and set the handle bar straight with the tools provided and you are ready to go!
